Take action and join our support circle , which is a safe space that consists of people who sit together, and support , encourage, share problems and solutions along with coping strategies with one another. Each session will last 1hr 30mins and we ask for an energy exchange of £10 (refreshments included) call or message for more information: 07368 443 974
